Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (sales, drops, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- USA & Canada: 3–9 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. DROBA is not liable for delays due to customs.
